VROOM.be innovates and becomes a vast site of automobile advice

Under the theme "mobile first", the Vroom team has developed a new

 website that totally optimizes the user experience on mobile devices, tablets and computers. In addition, the house style has been redesigned to give consistent visibility to the Vroom brand on all platforms.


Searching for a vehicle on your smartphone or tablet should now be a pleasant experience. "Last year, we saw a significant increase in visits from mobile devices, up to the point where 45% of the total traffic now comes from mobile devices." Tim Timmermans, Mediahuis Auto Manager : "We would like to respond to this increase by offering Internet users an even better visiting experience."


Finding your way quickly
Besides technical optimization, navigation is now more comfortable on VROOM.be thanks to the new structure of the website. VROOM.be is simpler to use: from the search of the latest car information to the advice of purchasing a vehicle, to reading a test drive, all information is easy to find, thanks to the menu bar located at the top of the website. Moreover, the user can very easily consult the classifieds.

VROOM.be is now available on VROOM.be as the new site focuses on our specialty: cars, so we are now publishing a concrete offer for new vehicles. Makeover
Finally, the new layout makes the website particularly clear. The house style is cooler and more modern. The Vroom team has opted for a makeover based on a more limited palette of colors in shades of blue, white and gray and now also includes the slogan "Explore. Choose. Drive". This slogan summarizes all the possibilities offered by the website.


The launch of the new VROOM.be will be formalized in the coming weeks by means of an online campaign in printed form. It was Stefaan Ooms (Though Crowd) who designed the creative line of this campaign. Other product innovations will emerge in the coming months. Some features will make the difference in order to offer even more effective advice to vehicle buyers.


VROOM.be is the media portal of Mediahuis, which publishes De Standaard, Het Nieuwsblad, Gazet Van Antwerpen and Het Belang Van Limburg. In addition to the automotive offer for private individuals, VROOM.be also contains the offer of more than 700 professional sellers. In addition to the more than 30,000 new and used vehicles for sale, the site also publishes editorial content: test reports, new models, car news.


VROOM.be belongs to the portfolio of premium car sites of Proximus Skynet Advertising. The site attracts an average of 55,989 visitors per day (source: CIM Internet - January 2017).
